# Free vs Pro plans

> Compare Project Echo Free and Pro (~$29/mo), including custom domain and branding.

Project Echo uses simple workspace pricing: start on **Free**, upgrade to **Pro** when you need brand-first public surfaces. There is no per-end-user metering.

## Free

Free includes core product access for your team, including:

* Feedback requests, boards, prioritization
* Feedback portal, roadmap, and changelog features available on Free
* Team members and portal members without a tracked-user meter
* **API**, **MCP**, **webhooks**, and first-party integrations such as Slack, Notion, and Linear

You can stay on Free indefinitely while you evaluate and ship.

## Pro (\~\$29/month)

Pro is about **\$29/month** (annual billing available at a discounted yearly rate). Pro unlocks:

* **Custom domain** for your feedback portal
* **Remove Project Echo branding** / white-label public surfaces

Additional Pro capabilities may roll out over time; custom domain and removing PE branding are the headline Pro unlocks.

## What Settings still covers

Plan features for the public portal often connect to **Settings** items such as **Domain**, **Branding**, and **Feedback portal**. Integrations and **API & MCP** remain top-level Workspace nav items on both plans.

## Choosing a plan

* Stay on **Free** if you are collecting feedback and using API/MCP/webhooks without a custom domain.
* Upgrade to **Pro** when your portal should live on your domain and look fully on-brand.
