# Tour of the staff app (Requests, Roadmap, Changelog, Members, Settings)

> An overview of the Project Echo staff app navigation, including Requests, Roadmap, Changelog, Members, and Settings.

The staff app at [app.projectecho.io](https://app.projectecho.io) is where your team manages feedback. Use the sidebar to move between the main areas of your workspace.

## Collect

* **New Request** — create a request from the staff app
* **Feedback portal** — open your customer-facing portal (`YOURSUBDOMAIN.projectecho.io`)

## Workspace

### Requests

Your main inbox for feedback. Search, filter, group, and bulk-update requests. Open any request to edit details, comment, add internal notes, assign an owner, and review votes or score.

### Roadmap

A view of planned and in-progress work you can share with customers on the portal (when enabled).

### Changelog

Publish updates about what you’ve shipped so customers can follow along.

### Members

A directory of portal **members**—the end users who submit and vote on feedback. This is different from your internal **team**.

### Integrations

Connect tools such as Slack, Notion, Linear, and webhooks.

### API & MCP

Create API keys and use Project Echo’s API and MCP options to extend your workspace.

### Settings

Workspace configuration. Settings commonly include:

* **Branding** — how your portal looks
* **Team** — invite and manage teammates
* **Domain** — portal subdomain and custom domain options
* **Feedback** — boards, fields, and scoring
* **Feedback portal** — visibility and portal content options

## Account extras

Use the **workspace switcher** if you belong to more than one workspace, and the **profile menu** for your account, profile, and email notification preferences.

For more detail on day-to-day triage, see the Requests articles in the [Help Center](https://docs.projectecho.io/). Questions? Email [support@projectecho.io](mailto:support@projectecho.io).
