# What is Project Echo?

> Learn how Project Echo helps you collect, organize, prioritize, and share product feedback.

Project Echo is product feedback software for SaaS teams. It helps you collect ideas from customers and your team, organize them into clear work, prioritize what matters, and share progress publicly.

## What you can do

With Project Echo you can:

* Collect feedback through a **feedback portal** your customers visit
* Triage and manage **requests** in the staff app
* Organize work with **boards**, **statuses**, **priority**, and **effort**
* Share a public **roadmap** and **changelog**
* Connect tools like Slack, Notion, Linear, and webhooks
* Extend Project Echo with the **API**, **MCP**, and product embed

## Two surfaces

Project Echo has two main places to work:

1. **Staff app** at [app.projectecho.io](https://app.projectecho.io) — where your team manages requests, roadmap, changelog, members, integrations, and settings
2. **Feedback portal** at `YOURSUBDOMAIN.projectecho.io` — the public (or private) site where customers submit and vote on feedback

## Who it’s for

Project Echo is built for product and customer-facing teams who want one place for feedback, prioritization, and customer communication—without spreading requests across inboxes and spreadsheets.
