# Filter, search, and group the requests list

> Find the right feedback faster with search, filters, sorting, and grouping in Requests.

The **Requests** list is built for triage. Use search, filters, sort, and grouping to focus on what needs attention.

## Search

Open **Search requests** from the Requests header (shortcut: ⌘/Ctrl+K on supported setups) and type keywords from titles or related request text to jump to matches quickly.

## Filter

Open the filter control to narrow the list. Common filters include:

* **Boards**
* **Statuses**
* **Assigned To** (owner)
* **Created** or **Completed** date ranges
* **Priority**, **Effort**, and **Score** (when those fields or scoring are enabled)
* **Source** (when multiple sources are present)

By default, the list hides **Completed** and **Closed** requests so your inbox stays focused on active work. Adjust status filters when you need to review finished items.

An active filter badge shows when filters are applied.

## Sort

Sort the list by options such as:

* Newest or Oldest
* Top
* Score
* Boards, Status, Priority, or Effort

## Group

Group requests to scan work in buckets:

* No grouping
* Status
* Priority
* Effort
* Owner

## Tips

* Save mental load: filter to one board during a triage session
* Group by **Owner** for standup-style reviews
* Combine filters (for example High priority + Features board) when planning
