Project Echo uses simple workspace pricing: start on Free, upgrade to Pro when you need brand-first public surfaces. There is no per-end-user metering.

Free

Free includes core product access for your team, including:
  • Feedback requests, boards, prioritization
  • Feedback portal, roadmap, and changelog features available on Free
  • Team members and portal members without a tracked-user meter
  • API, MCP, webhooks, and first-party integrations such as Slack, Notion, and Linear
You can stay on Free indefinitely while you evaluate and ship.

Pro (~$29/month)

Pro is about $29/month (annual billing available at a discounted yearly rate). Pro unlocks:
  • Custom domain for your feedback portal
  • Remove Project Echo branding / white-label public surfaces
  • Custom CSS for the public feedback portal (Design tab)

What Settings still covers

Plan features for the public portal often connect to Settings items such as Domain, Branding, and Feedback portal. Integrations and API & MCP remain top-level Workspace nav items on both plans.

Choosing a plan

  • Stay on Free if you are collecting feedback and using API/MCP/webhooks without a custom domain.
  • Upgrade to Pro when your portal should live on your domain, look fully on-brand, or need custom CSS.
