Use Settings → Feedback portal to decide who can reach the portal and how engagement appears.

Portal visibility

On the Visibility tab, choose Portal visibility:
  1. Publicly available — Anyone can view the feedback portal.
  2. Members & team only — Only logged-in internal teammates, or members who access the portal from your app.
  3. Hidden — Portal is disabled; visitors are redirected away. Most portal setting groups are disabled while Hidden.
Pick Publicly available for an open feedback community. Use Members & team only when feedback should stay limited to known users. Use Hidden while you configure branding and content.

Roadmap and changelog tabs

Also under Visibility, toggle:
  • Show the roadmap tab
  • Show the changelog tab
You can rename tabs later under Design (Feedback, Roadmap, and Changelog titles).

Voting

Customers can upvote on the portal. On the Voting tab, control where vote counts are shown:
  • Feedback tab
  • Roadmap tab
  • Changelog entry page (counts for linked completed requests)
  • Request page
Hiding a count does not remove the ability to vote where voting is otherwise available—it changes what totals are displayed.

Commenting

Comments on the portal require a teammate session or a portal member link/session. Visitors without that access see guidance to sign in or open the page with their member link. Open the Commenting tab in settings for any available options. Keep comments constructive by moderating in the staff app when needed. Questions? Email [email protected].
