The request detail page is the home base for a single piece of feedback. Open any request from Requests to work it end to end.

Layout

  • Header — move between previous and next requests while triaging
  • Main area — title, description, votes, score, and conversation tabs
  • Meta panel — owner, board, status, priority, effort, and quick actions

What you can do

From the detail page you can:
  • Edit the title and description
  • Upvote, or cast a vote on behalf when available
  • Change board, status, priority, effort, and owner
  • Open the request on the feedback portal
  • Delete the request if it’s no longer needed
  • Use optional actions such as Push to Linear when Linear is connected

Tabs

  • Comments — public comments and internal notes
  • Votes — who voted (when votes exist)
  • Score — factor breakdown when scoring is enabled
  • Settings — whether this request is shown on the feedback portal
  • Activity — history of changes like status, board, priority, effort, owner, and portal visibility

Practical triage flow

  1. Open the request and confirm the title and description are clear
  2. Set board and status
  3. Assign an owner
  4. Add an internal note with context, or a public comment if customers should see the update
  5. Check votes and score if you’re comparing candidates for the roadmap
Keeping the detail page current makes list filters, portal views, and team handoffs much easier. Need help? Visit the Help Center or email [email protected].
