Notion sync keeps one Notion database in step with Project Echo requests. A guided setup wizard walks you through table selection, field mapping, and sync direction.

Connect Notion

  1. Open Integrations in the Workspace nav.
  2. Select Notion, then Connect Notion.
  3. Authorize Project Echo in Notion and share the database you want to sync (Notion’s page picker / Add connections).

Complete the setup wizard

After OAuth, follow the four steps:
  1. Table — Choose the Notion database (table) to sync.
  2. Mapping — Map Project Echo fields (title, board, status, priority, effort, and others shown in the UI) to Notion properties.
  3. Direction — Choose how data flows:
    • Both ways
    • Notion → Echo only
    • Echo → Notion only
  4. Sync — Start the initial sync so existing rows and requests are linked.
You can exit setup anytime and return later; unfinished fields stay empty until you finish.

After setup

Use the Notion integrations page tabs to:
  • Review connection status
  • Adjust mapping
  • Change sync settings or re-run initial sync
Linked requests show a Notion reference in the request sidebar so you can open the matching page.

Good to know

  • One Notion database per workspace connection.
  • Unmapped select values fall back sensibly (for example, default board/status); empty titles become “Untitled”.
  • Deletes are not synced in the current version.
  • Large databases sync in the background; allow time for the first sync to finish.

Disconnect

Disconnect from Integrations → Notion when you no longer need the link. Requests in Echo are not deleted. Need help? [email protected] · Help Center.
