Invite the people who will triage feedback and maintain your roadmap. Team management lives under Settings → Team.

Open Team settings

  1. Sign in at app.projectecho.io.
  2. Go to Settings → Team.
  3. Review Members and Invitations.

Invite a teammate

  1. Select Invite member.
  2. Enter their email address and send the invite.
  3. They receive an email (subject like “You’re invited to on Project Echo”) and accept by signing up with the invite link.
Invitation status shows Invite sent or Expired. You can Cancel invitation if needed. Active teammates can send invites.

Billing admin actions

Billing admins can manage other members (not themselves) with:
  • Disable member — Loses workspace access and cannot use the portal as a team member; content is kept.
  • Delete member — May reassign owned requests; you can optionally soft-delete their votes and comments.
You cannot disable or delete the last billing admin. The workspace creator starts as an admin and billing admin.

Roles today

Project Echo distinguishes billing-admin capabilities for sensitive member actions. Finer-grained custom permission matrices are not something you configure in settings today—invite people you trust to collaborate on feedback.

Tips

  • Use work emails so invites land in the right inbox.
  • Disable instead of delete when you may reinstate someone later.
  • Keep at least two billing admins when practical so ownership is not a single point of failure.
