Open the portal
Customers go tohttps://YOURSUBDOMAIN.projectecho.io (or your Pro custom domain). Access still follows Portal visibility (Public, Members & team only, or Hidden).
Roadmap tab
If Show the roadmap tab is on, customers can:- Open the Roadmap tab (title may be customized)
- Browse columns for statuses you marked visible for Roadmap
- See requests from boards allowed on Roadmap
- View vote counts if you enabled them for the Roadmap tab
Changelog tab
If Show the changelog tab is on, customers can:- Browse published entries (drafts are not public)
- Open an entry by its URL slug
- See linked completed requests under Built from the following requests
- Optionally see vote counts on linked items, depending on Voting settings
Help customers find updates
- Announce the portal URL in your product or release notes.
- Keep Roadmap columns current so Planned and In Progress reflect reality.
- Publish changelog entries when you ship, and link the completed requests.
- Use clear tab titles under Settings → Feedback portal → Design.
Common reasons something is missing
- The Roadmap or Changelog tab is disabled
- The board or status is Hidden (or Feedback-only) for portal visibility
- The changelog entry is still a draft
- The portal itself is set to Hidden
