The Requests list is built for triage. Use search, filters, sort, and grouping to focus on what needs attention. Open Search requests from the Requests header (shortcut: ⌘/Ctrl+K on supported setups) and type keywords from titles or related request text to jump to matches quickly.

Filter

Open the filter control to narrow the list. Common filters include:
  • Boards
  • Tag (request tags and/or member tags, when tags exist)
  • Statuses
  • Assigned To (owner)
  • Created or Completed date ranges
  • Priority, Effort, and Score (when those fields or scoring are enabled)
  • Source (when multiple sources are present)
Tag matching uses OR across request and member tags: you see requests that have any selected request tag, plus requests whose owner has any selected member tag. The same filter is available on Roadmap. See Request and member tags. By default, the list hides Completed and Closed requests so your inbox stays focused on active work. Adjust status filters when you need to review finished items. An active filter badge shows when filters are applied.

Sort

Sort the list by options such as:
  • Newest or Oldest
  • Top
  • Score
  • Boards, Status, Priority, or Effort

Group

Group requests to scan work in buckets:
  • No grouping
  • Status
  • Priority
  • Effort
  • Owner

Tips

  • Save mental load: filter to one board during a triage session
  • Group by Owner for standup-style reviews
  • Combine filters (for example High priority + Features board) when planning
