Create your account
Go to app.projectecho.io and sign up.

Create a workspace
Follow onboarding to name your workspace and choose a portal subdomain.

Invite your team
Open Settings → Team and invite teammates so they can triage feedback with you.

Create your first request
In the staff app, choose New Request, add a title and details, and save.
