Use keyboard shortcuts in the staff app to move faster. Single-letter shortcuts (such as C, J, K, and ?) are ignored while you are typing in a field. Press ? anywhere in the workspace (when you are not typing) to open the in-app shortcuts cheat sheet.

Notes

  • Previous / next request work on the request detail page when you opened it from the Requests list or Roadmap (so the up/down navigation controls are available).
  • Submit Create Request applies when the New Request dialog is open and the title is filled in.
  • Post comment or note applies when the comment composer on a request is focused.
