Integrations keep feedback flowing between Project Echo and the tools your team already uses. Open Integrations in the left Workspace nav (not under Settings) to connect or manage each tool.

Available today

  • Slack — Post channel notifications when feedback activity happens, and create requests from Slack messages with a message shortcut.
  • Notion — Sync a Notion database with Project Echo using a guided field-mapping setup wizard.
  • Linear — Push a feedback request into Linear as an issue (one-way create from Echo).
  • Webhooks — Send outbound events to your HTTPS endpoints, and receive inbound JSON to create requests.
  • Form & automation tools — Connect Tally, n8n, Zapier, and similar tools through inbound/outbound webhooks.
  • My app — Identify users from your product, mint member tokens, and open the portal with pe_token links via the embed script.

Coming soon

Jira and Intercom product integrations are on the roadmap. You may see them listed in Integrations before they go live.
  • API & MCP (top-level Workspace nav) — REST API keys and MCP config for AI tools such as Claude and Cursor.
  • Settings — Branding, Team, Domain, Feedback, and Feedback portal (not integrations).

Tips

  • Connect only what you need; each integration can be disconnected without affecting your boards or requests.
  • Prefer webhooks when a tool is not listed as a first-party integration.
  • Keep secrets (webhook signing secrets, embed tokens, API keys) in your server or secret manager—never in public frontend code.
