Your portal should feel like part of your product. Start with a subdomain and workspace branding; on Pro you can also remove Project Echo’s “Powered by” badge.

Portal subdomain

  1. Open Settings → Feedback portal → General.
  2. Find Portal URL, which looks like https://YOURSUBDOMAIN.projectecho.io.
  3. Change the subdomain if needed, then confirm in the Confirm new portal URL dialog and choose Update portal URL.
Share the new URL with customers after you update it. If you later verify a custom domain (Pro), the portal URL setting shows that hostname instead.

Branding basics

Under Settings → Branding:
  • Upload your Logo
  • Set your Workspace name
Under Settings → Feedback portal → Design:
  • Set Portal title (shown next to the logo; defaults to the workspace name)
  • Optionally rename the Feedback, Roadmap, and Changelog tab titles
These details appear across the public portal experience.

Remove Project Echo branding (Pro)

On the Design tab, Pro workspaces can enable Hide “Powered by” Branding. That removes the Powered by Project Echo badge from the portal. On Free, the control is locked with an upgrade prompt. Custom domain setup is also a Pro feature—see Connect a custom domain (Pro).

Checklist before going live

  • Subdomain is memorable and stable
  • Logo and portal title look correct on desktop and mobile
  • Visibility is Public (or Members & team only) rather than Hidden
  • Boards and statuses to show match what you want customers to see
