You can add images to comments (and internal notes) on a request so screenshots and visuals stay with the conversation.

Where to write a comment

  1. Open the request
  2. Go to the Comments tab
  3. Use the comment box at the bottom (or reply under an existing comment)
On the feedback portal, open the request and use the comment field there (if commenting is allowed).

Add an image with the insert menu

  1. Click in the comment field
  2. Type / to open the insert menu
  3. Choose Image
  4. Click the upload area (or drop a file onto it)
  5. Pick a PNG, JPG, GIF, or WebP image (max 10 MB)
  6. Wait for the upload to finish
  7. Click Comment (or Note for an internal note) to post

Paste an image or screenshot

  1. Copy an image, or take a screenshot to the clipboard
  2. Click in the comment field
  3. Paste with Ctrl+V (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+V (Mac)
  4. Wait for the upload to finish, then post the comment

Drag and drop

  1. Click in the comment field
  2. Drag an image file onto the editor
  3. Wait for the upload to finish, then post

Tips

  • Supported types: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP
  • Maximum size: 10 MB per image
  • Images in internal notes stay staff-only (they are not shown on the public portal)
  • Public comments with images are visible wherever that comment thread is shown
